The Securities and Chat Fee today announced that early on July 4, 2017, the fee rates applicable to most securities transactions will be set at $23.10 per million dollars. 

Consequently, each SRO will take up again to pay the Fee a rate of $21.80 per million for covered sales in the works on charge dates through July 3, 2017, and a rate of $23.10 per million for covered sales in the works on charge dates on or after July 4, 2017.

The assessment on wellbeing futures transactions will remain unchanged at $0.0042 for each round turn transaction.

The Fee single-minded these new rates in accordance with Section 31 of the Securities Chat Act of 1934.  These adjustments do not frankly affect the amount of funding void to the SEC.
